Hello,

I was born in Chile, grew up in New York, and set roots in California. I've always been drawn to the richness of culture, people, and education. My career has taken me on a fascinating journey—from being a chef to rock stars to guiding adventure in Costa Rica, Belize, Chile and SoCal . I traveled the globe seeking new experiences, each journey deepening my appreciation for the connections that unite us.

At Apple for 19 years, I started as a seasonal retail hire and evolved to my final Pokémon form, leading the Learning and Development function at a super secret R&D Org, which would later release Vision Pro. A pinnacle in an unlikely career working alongside the brightest, kindest, and hungriest.

Now in a new chapter of my career, I'm weaving my experiences into a new project, Outventure - an outdoor adventure platform that aims to support those with a passion for the outdoors to build careers doing what they love and introducing new generations of people to what's possible when you push just beyond fear to find something you love.

I like to stay busy, currently restoring a boat and an old Defender, chasing snow, waves and wind with our two boys. Drop me line if you have an interesting project, collaboration, opportunity.

Notable Work:

25+ Years learning, leading, and shaping experiences in varied domains worldwide.
Spearheaded the establishment of VPG University, which provided support to Apple’s Vision Pro and visionOS research and development organization. We developed scalable learning programs that catered to over 3,000 learners globally.
Designed and developed comprehensive training programs and platforms for AppleCare. Notably, I created an iOS-based learning management system specifically tailored for hardware repair courses. This system empowered technicians globally to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field. Developed and led scalable virtual instructor-led training solutions that were adopted globally across Apple.
Delivered world-class learning programs, including onboarding, leadership development, and skills training, with a global impact, and deep cross-functional collaboration.
