Hello,

I was born in Chile, grew up in New York, and have always been drawn to the richness of culture, people, and education. My career has taken me on a fascinating journey—from working as a chef to leading eco-adventure tours—each experience deepening my appreciation for the connections that unite us.


For the past 19 years, I’ve been proud to be part of Apple, where I’ve had the privilege of leading teams, developing meaningful programs, and collaborating with research and development organizations. As a deeply curious and empathetic leader, I’m passionate about collaboration, innovation, and delivering world-class learning experiences that empower people to do their life’s best work.


I thrive as a seasoned connector of people, ideas, and efforts across Apple, building communities that prioritize learning and equity while fostering environments where creativity and growth flourish.

Notable Work:

  • Spearheaded the creation of VPG University to support the Vision Pro and visionOS R&D organization at Apple, delivering scalable learning programs for 2,000+ global learners.
  • Designed and implemented training programs and platforms for AppleCare, including an iOS-based LMS for hardware repair courses, serving technicians worldwide.
  • Developed and led scalable virtual instructor-led training solutions adopted globally across Apple.
  • Partnered with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class learning programs, including onboarding, leadership development, and skills training, with a global impact.
